A deposit of 50% of the rental cost is required at the time of booking. We accept deposits of Visa or MasterCard, certified cheque or money order. We do not accept postdated or personal cheques. Deposits less, $30 service charge, may be refunded if cancellation is received 45 days prior to confirmed arrival date. For Cancellation of Reservations occurring in PRIME TIME there is a $100 cancellation charge. Reservation may be transferred if notice is received 21 days prior to confirmed arrival date. Your deposit, (less $30 service charge) may be applied to alternate date, subject to availability. For Cancellation of Reservations occurring in PRIME TIME there is a $100 cancellation charge. Balance of deposit will not be refunded unless cancelled reservation dates are rebooked.

No refunds can be given for days lost through late arrival or early departure.

Group reservations, consisting of 2 or more cottages, must be prepaid 21 days prior to arrival.

Your verbal authorization to use your credit card number for your deposit indicates your compliance with our booking terms and conditions.

Rates may be subject to change without notice.

Rates in Canadian funds and subject to provincial sales tax and G.S.T

STORM POLICY

Jessica Lake Lodge cannot accept responsibility for adverse weather conditions which may affect travel.

Your reservation remains your responsibility unless Highway 15 or Highway 44 are closed by the Manitoba Department of Highways on the day of your confirmed arrival. In this event, Jessica Lake Lodge will offer a credit voucher in the amount of your deposit to be used within the same winter season.
